In January, the team received the Relationship Selling Skills and Professional Development course provided by Excel Sales Consulting. Team members were exposed to valuable training and role-playing scenarios that were based around personal development, relationship building and customer’s needs.
All of our team members, from seasoned industry professionals to budding business developers, found the course to be very beneficial. We want to send a big thanks to Norman Rose and all of the Northern Mat & Bridge team members that took part in the sessions. This training served as another example of Northern Mat & Bridge striving to reach the needs of its current and future customers. Go Team!
